1. Acceptance of Terms

Accessing or using iSTUDIO services means you accept these terms in full. If you disagree, please do not use our platform.

2. Use of Services

• Services include web development, SEO, digital marketing, and consulting.
• You must provide accurate information when placing orders.
• Commercial use of free tools is prohibited without permission.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and code created by iSTUDIO remain our property until full payment is received. Upon payment, ownership transfers to the client.

4. Payment Terms

• 50% advance for projects above PKR 50,000
• Final payment due before website launch
• Late payments may incur 2% monthly interest

5. Refunds & Revisions

Two free revision rounds. Additional revisions at PKR 5,000/hour. No refunds after project approval.

6. Project Timeline

Delays due to client feedback may extend delivery. We are not liable for third-party hosting or domain issues.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services for violation of terms, non-payment, or unethical requests.

8. Liability

iSTUDIO is not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, or business interruption. Maximum liability = project value.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will be resolved in Lahore courts.
